Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include your invoice and write the reason for your return on it.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Simply fill out our Return/Exchange Form [link to form], and we'll guide you through the process.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the item. Please note, returns need to be sent to this address:

Who Covers Shipping?

  • Return shipping: Customers pay for return shipping.
  • Exchange shipping: If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll cover the shipping costs for sending out the new item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not refund to your original payment method.

Damages or Wrong Item Received? If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away using the form or at shop@wheremygirlsatboutique.com, and we’ll fix it!

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimsuits and jewelry cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges Want a different size or color? No problem! Simply request an exchange via the Return/Exchange Form [link to form], and once approved, you can place a new order for the item you want. We’ll make sure the process is smooth!

Refund Timeline We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, store credit will be issued. If you don’t hear from us within 15 business days, feel free to reach out at shop@wheremygirlsatboutique.com.
